7. This will restart the Chrome Canary web browser. After the restart, open any website and click on the Google search icon as shown below.

8. Now, you will be able to perform Google Search from the side panel without leaving the current website.

Note: This feature has some bugs; sometimes the side panel icon does not appear. So, it might take a few tries to get the feature working.
