3. Long press the message to select it.
4. Once selected, tap the three dots at the top right of the screen.
5. On the menu that appears, select Info.
6. On the Message info, check the Read Time. You will also be able to see the Delivered time.
The steps to see the message read time for WhatsApp for iPhone are almost same. However, you won’t be able to see the Read time if the read receipts are disabled on your account.
How to See Message Read Time on WhatsApp Web
If you use the WhatsApp web version, follow these steps to see the Message Read time.
1. Launch your favorite web browser and visit web.whatsapp.com. Sign in to your account.
2. Now open the message whose read time you want to check.
3. Next, click the down arrow icon beside the Message.
4. On the Menu that appears, select Message Info.
5. On the right side, you can check the message Read and Delivered time.
